Thanks for the mention. Social media has been an evoutionary process here at EarthLink. It is very important for us to do social media right. As we all know, the blogosphere is very unforgiving to those that fail to abide by its code of conduct. In the end, however, we feel taking the plunge is far less risky than doing nothing at all.
